What PumpRound Does

PumpRound is operations software built specifically for UK cesspit emptying, septic tank servicing, and drainage tanker businesses. It handles the full daily workflow: customer scheduling, round planning, digital waste transfer notes, tanker capacity tracking, and invoicing — in one tool.

Who It's For

Independent UK liquid waste operators running 1–10 tankers. Owner-operators and small family businesses managing recurring domestic and commercial customers on regular emptying cycles. Licensed waste carriers registered with the Environment Agency.

Why It Exists

Small liquid waste tanker operators manage hundreds of recurring customers using paper round sheets, spreadsheets, and memory. Waste transfer notes are handwritten on carbon-copy pads. Invoicing happens weeks after the job. There is no UK-specific software for this vertical — operators use generic tools that don't understand emptying cycles, tanker capacity, or waste transfer documentation. The US has three purpose-built tools; the UK has zero.

From October 2026, Defra's digital waste tracking mandate requires all waste movements in England to be recorded digitally. Paper waste transfer notes will no longer be accepted. PumpRound is being built to give UK tanker operators the purpose-built tool they need — and the Oct 2026 compliance readiness that's becoming mandatory.
