Crocker Digital Ltd (Company No. 17008789) is the data controller for pumpround.co.uk. We operate PumpRound, an operations software tool for UK cesspit and drainage tanker operators.
What Data We Collect
- Email address — collected when you sign up to our waitlist.
- Analytics data — we use GoatCounter for website analytics. GoatCounter does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. It records aggregate page views only.
Why We Collect It
- Waitlist: To notify you about the PumpRound product launch and early access availability.
- Analytics: To understand how our site is used so we can improve it.
How We Store It
Waitlist data (email addresses) is stored in a secure database hosted on Netlify infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We retain waitlist data until the product launches or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.
Who We Share It With
We do not share your data with any third parties. GoatCounter is a privacy-focused analytics provider that does not collect personal data.
